Teachers in UAE has developed the TAYT (Teach As you Train) Program in collaboration with University Colleges to offer tailored Masters-level courses for school leaders and teachers designed to create pathways into excellent job roles in The UAE

  • The TAYT Program will create a continuity culture and encourage development of teachers into leadership.
  • All selected teachers will be issued with a 2 year contract of service. Through TAYT, completion of the Masters’ program can be spread over three years.
